During the 2012 Winter Retreat, the USG Senate collaboratively developed the following list of organizational goals.

• Connect Students to Administrators
  • Advocate for students by influencing policy decisions
  • Reduce obstacles to student achievement
  • Promote student health and well-being

  • Connect stakeholders with similar agendas
  • Create experiences by providing opportunities to connect with students across existing communities, not just within them

  • Improve accessibility of resources
  • Create centralized locations for information
• Connect Students to Their Representatives
  • Gather feedback/input from students regularly
  • Respond effectively to student body interests, requests, and suggestions
  • Form Partnerships with other groups
