  • USG expenditure reports due

    Expenditure reports are due electronically to usgvote@princeton.edu by 5:00 p.m. These reports should indicate expenditures to-date and should be submitted even if the candidate has incurred no expenses. If additional expenditures are made subsequent to this report, an amended report must be filed by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, December 6.

    Campaigning officially begins at noon. The USG President will announce the list of all candidates. Candidates may begin engaging in activities defined as “Campaigning” in the Rules and Regulations Guide.

  • USG first-round voting opens

    Voting goes live at approximately noon. The USG President will announce the official start of the election via e-mail; voting should not begin until this e-mail is sent, because the Chief Developer(s) and the Chief Elections Manager must first check the live ballot upon activation before students begin voting. Candidates may not request supporters to begin voting until after they have received the email announcing that voting has begun.
