Noon is the deadline to file complaints — including appeals — for the election. If no complaints have been filed, the results will be announced later in the afternoon or evening. If a complaint has been filed, however, the results will not be tallied — privately or publicly — until the complaint has been addressed. Complaints requiring a decision of the Senate will be heard at a Senate meeting on or before the evening of December 17.
