1. Join the USG IT Committee!

Interested in helping out with USG IT projects? Email our IT Chair Clement Lee ’17 () to learn how you can help! As a member of the IT committee you can:

• Revamp and create new TigerApps
• Develop dynamic websites for USG projects
• And find other ways to use technology to improve campus life!

In your email, please say why you’re interested and include a few sentences about your tech experience. To be considered for the committee, please send in a quick email by Sunday at noon.

2. Dinner Conversation with Dean Jueds

Now is the time to address them. Dean Jueds is hosting an open dinner conversation with students to talk about a range of disciplinary issues.

3. SURGE Competition

SURGE (Students United for a Responsible Global Environment) is hosting a competition to see which residential college will reduce its energy usage and waste the most: Do it in the Dark. Promote sustainability and help your college win a free study break at the end of this month by conserving energy.

4. Tough Guise 2

The MAVRIC Project (Men Against Violence Resource & Intervention Community) is excited to announce the screening of the documentary, Tough Guise 2.

• Monday, April 21st at 8:00 p.m.
• Frist Campus Center Multipurpose Room B

The film argues that the epidemic of men’s violence in America is rooted in our inability as a society to move beyond outmoded (and at times toxic) ideas of manhood. The documentary exposes the powerful messages that the media uses to normalize violent and regressive forms of masculinity, often with tragic consequences.

Please join us for this important screening and discussion to follow. Refreshments will be served.
